NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - 105 South Albion Street

Development Agreement Application - Multi-unit Residential Development

The Town of Amherst will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 23, 2023 beginning at 5:00 p.m. in Town Hall Council Chambers, 98 East Victoria Street, Amherst, NS regarding an application for a Development Agreement for 105 South Albion Street, formerly known as Blaine Street, to allow the construction of a residential community consisting of two, 5-unit townhouses and two apartment buildings with 48 and 128 units.

Council will hear submissions in support or opposition to the application.
